Our current news is that we are in the process of taking bids for the landscaping. We are also getting bids from companies for the water weed and algae control. If you know of anyone that would like to bid on these please ask them to email or call me KathyTanner@aol.com or 407-873-1679 Bids will be sent out March 21 and hopefully we'll have new companies or at least new prices for our landscaping and lake control.
Please review our minutes from the two meetings in December. First we had a board meeting and then we had an owners meeting. The board did not change from last year because we didn't have a quorum.
